Houston, Texas: Pornography making

Hi all,

I need an expert on this. I've tried calling lawyers but they are not calling me back.

I would like to move solely online. However, there are some gentlemen who would like to make content with me. I'd like to charge a fee for those wanting to do that. Mainly to help with expenses. However, will and can this be misconstrued for prostitution?
I'm an expert on making porn, but know nothing about the law. The fact that no lawyer is returning your call is because Texas lawyers only return calls if you've been hit and killed by a commercial truck and they see a settlement with at least seven zeros before the dot.

In my limited experience, no lawyer will give you a legal opinion until you put them on retainer. (The legit ones usually start at 5K and go up from there.) Then you can ask them hypothetical legal questions such as "I have a friend that's thinking about...."

Go for a criminal defense attorney with a solid reputation, not an ambulance chaser.

Don't quote me on this and please check with a lawyer but it is legal to shoot porn in Texas... how this applies to the hobby is you can hire the provider to be the porn actress and you set up cameras, record your session.. and once you get all packed up and ready to leave you format the card. If PoPo knocks on your door you tell them you are shooting an adult scene. The only way they might catch you is before you get into your car they want to see what is recorded.. so deleting the card in room may or may not be OK.. but doing so in front of the lady after they leave if they stop you is good.
There was a lawyer in Houston that dealt with porn. Do a google search for him.
