yeah case its 10pm, Im sitting in my chair watching TV and my TV goes BEEEP BEEP BEEEP and a guy from 1900's voice can barely be heard, as is muffled and intermident
telling me about a storm warning for hte very areas that are going across the screen
I dont watch live tv, it's all from a dvr, so what use is this?
I have a landline phone, they dont call me, (discrimination)
so why are you doing this?
does this save money or lives?
do people NOT go out cuase the EAS went off?

'Bout the time power went out in some places in Independence for the second time in as many months. Last time I threw out 'bout $100 in steaks, ribs and chicken among other things. This time, not so bad!
