Top computer scientists are urging Hillary Clinton to issue a recount vote for swing states Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. These scientists have found evidence that the vote total could have been manipulated or hacked. A trend was discovered in which Clinton performed worse in counties that relied on electronic voting machines compared to paper ballots and optical scanners. Clinton received 7 percent fewer votes in counties that relied on electronic voting machines. The 7 percent fewer votes statistically translates to 30,000 denied votes. Clinton lost Wisconsin by 27,000 votes. The scientists urge that an investigation into hacking should be launched especially after the allegations that Russia hacked into the Democratic National Committee. Hillary had 232 electoral college votes to Trump's 290 electoral college votes. Michigan is still too close to call so the 16 electoral college votes haven't been assigned yet. Wisconsin has 10 electoral college votes and Pennsylvania has 20. Furthermore, 6 electoral college voters (faithless electors) have already pledged not to vote for Trump even though he won their respected states. If the results for Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are overturned and if Clinton wins Wisconsin and adds in the 6 electoral faithless elector votes, then Hillary Clinton is out next President of the U.S.
