This ECCIE regional board is not very active, unfortunately. I have had the best luck on the ad site www.minnesotaerotica.com.
Minnesota has not bounced back like other areas after the back page and TER shut downs. TER was the most widely used site and nothing has really filled the vacuum since its departure. I have a few reports from here in those sections, but that is about it.
