Definitely a noob here. I've noticed that on many, if not most, of the reviews where the recommendation is "No" there is a note that says:

*Scare quotes because while PA is restricted to accounts where the creator has identified "himself" as male, ladies have been known to create accounts identifying themselves as male so they can get PA and read the parts they shouldn't. Never assume that "private" or "PA only" content isn't being read by some women.
