she does not know ECCIE, and want to get on.

A provider friend of mine is trying to get on ECCIE.She can signup and post in the Welcome section immediately. For her to then post in the ad section, she has to get verified. I would think that your vouch and review should be sufficient to get her status here...after she submits her info to JB. Just send her this link with all the info to get verified.
