Was I overly paranoid?

Saw a review on here from an eccie member who has done a few reviews but is not all that familiar to me. The provider was hot as hell so I decided to go for it. Tried calling without much luck but finally got through with a text. After a couple of texts, I finally get her on the phone and set up a time asking, in the process, if I can make it earlier would she be available. She said to call. She was rather short on the phone, not very friendly but not off putting. Well I am able to make it a hour earlier and call first but can only get her to respond to text first again. I get into the area and, again, have to text first before getting her to answer the phone and tell me where she is. I ask for the location and room number and she says she wants to meet me in the parking lot. Paranoia now strikes. I start thinking that the texts are a good way to show I was looking for a provider and now she wants to meet me in the parking lot. I drive into the lot and there are three people sitting under the breezeway in front of the entrance eying me up. I bolt and text her that I just got a bad vibe and didn't want to proceed. I know that people always say go with your gut feeling but do you think I may have been a bit overly cautious. She was reviewed and was where the reviewer said she would be, but this just seemed off. Any thoughts?
I have no idea. Girls have different ways of doing things, but honestly it seems odd for a provider to ask to meet in the parking lot. Seems more conspicuous.
