Premium Acces

I just paid today for an 2 week premium access account. But when I visit a provider page and try to view the encounters section by clients, it sends me to a I don't have access page. Did I not sign up for the right one?

You can see the encounters and read the ROS on post black out dates. Reviews written pre blackout have been vaulted and are inaccessible
