I'm having issues with my showcase

I'm trying to delete some messages on my post and it won't let me ,...
Says I'm full ,can't do anything ,.

Ii don't know what else to do ,.

I work out of my phone,nothing else ,.

So ,hopefully ,noone is using my account ,.
Please help me on how to fix this problem
