P411 phone screening

Hello,

I'm new to this industry. I have learned that registering withP411 is the way to go. I'm just concerned about their call to my office number.

Where I work 100% of the calls are recorded for compliance reasons.
We are constantly being told not to make any personal calls from our work phone. What kind of questions do they ask during the phone call?
Or what do they say?
Do they ask any personal questions?

At work I approx spend 30% of my time on the phone, 50% away from my desk ( if not higher) and at most 20% of my time when I could take a new phone call.
Is it possible to ask P411 to call at an specific time so that I will be waiting for the call? Do they leave messages for me to call back if I don't answer?

Can I give them a script that will get past the receptionist?
I can tell them they should say they are one of my clients and give them the company name? My clients are big companies with many employees so that is not a problem.

Finally, is the phone interview a one time thing, or does it repeat every so many years?

Thank you in advance

I would suggest you contact P411 directly and discuss this with them. Gina and her staff have always been very responsive and easy to work with.

If you are trying hide your activities from a significant other who checks your credit card bills, they do accept cash and money order payments through the mail.
I flat out told them that for various reasons, its best to not call my employer and they obliged, I had to submit a picture of my work ID and state ID.
Thank you both for the reply.
They ask for the answer to your security question. You could probably have them call you for something bogus like telling you that you have a late credit card payment.
See 3 providers who will vouch for you and get your first 6 months free. That was the route I took. I felt a lot more comfortable going that route than having to provide all that personal information.

I only know of this way. Didn't know there were other options to get p411 verified. I too, am still in search of hobbyists off p411 to vouch for me. In due time tho.
