Prostate massager

In the national forum http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=21184, I just read a brief mention of a prostate/perineum massager from Aneros.com. Anyone, male or female, have any experience with this device/toy? It is advertised as promoting everything from prostate health to intense "super orgasms". Any chance that it works as advertised or is it just BS designed to sell crap to gullible people?
