It depends on the boob. If they are small, yet firm, great! If they are large, but still hold their shape (nipples still point straight forward and not down to the ground) great!

You also have to consider that there are many ugly boob jobs. Some are not symmetrical. Some look like balls under the skin. Some have some really bad scaring. Plus many other factors that just make them look ackward.
