TER Is the ECCIE of the East Coast. Anything from say west of Birmingham Alabama Eccie is your best bet with some overlap. East of Birmingham used to be and will be TER territory going forward.If you check it out now everything will be two years old due to the government shut down. That is already changing.

I can't remember my login info. I always enjoyed TER. Last time I was on after the shut down was last year while I was in the islands. No VPN needed.
