Now that answers my question when they refused to allow me to see her. They were so pissy I left. The next time no Nana, but I was willing to take a chance. Next thing you know 2 older (at least 50's) ladies came out and indicated all that was available was 30 minutes - left. Hope I can find where Nana works now.
