Okay guys and gals, quick question. Since i live 180 miles from Wichita, is it rude to call and schedule a meeting with a lady a couple of days or up to a week in advance? I mean i don't want to travel all that way and not end up doing what I want to do. Thanks for the input.

Not at all! Most providers I know appreciate advance planning.
Depends on the provider. Some providers are great with advance bookings, some providers not so much.
I love a client who books early. It makes it even better when he actually keeps his appointments. Those are my favorite guys and they usually get spoiled a little more when they become regular clients. Traveling all over to see them is an adventure I enjoy.
Some providers REQUIRE at least a day of notice in advance before seeing you. In addition to Sarah (above), I know that Tosh, Evie and Piper all are more than willing to schedule several days ahead of time for appointments. Evie requires at least a day's notice in advance, and a couple of days if you've never seen her before. These providers will ALL keep their appointments unless something unexpected comes up.
FWIW, I scheduled Aspen an appointment with Aspen a few months ago a couple of days ahead and everything was a go until very close to appointment time. Then *crickets*. No replies, no apology, no explanation. I suggest not scheduling with Aspen if you want your appointment kept; but that's just my personal experience.
Thanks for the input people. Much appreciated.
