New laws aimed at AMP in Denham Springs

There was a story in the Advocate today about the possibility of them changing laws around AMPs. What's weird is that no MP (legit or not) would be able to have curtains, blinds, or tinted windows. Plus they have to have a written record of who they see.

The quoted part is here:

The Denham Springs ordinance would include restricting massage parlors from operating between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., as well as prevent their businesses from hanging curtains, closing blinds or tinting the windows to hide the front reception area, among other guidelines.

It would also require owners to post a clear list of services offered that masseurs cannot deviate from, and that they keep a "complete and legible written record" of each appointment, according to the ordinance draft.
Like who is going to give their real name. There will be a lot of John Smiths on that list
Just have no windows. Problem solved.

I would expect that it will be like adult novelty stores in many parts of the country where you have to show an id to get in
Im 90% sure those laws are unconstitutional, especially for private owned businesses.

Also those rules are pretty pointless. No one will give their real name and you can block window with decorations instead. Only real issue is the after 9pm thing which would hurt 24 hour MPs, which i don't even think are in denem. Atleast not many.
