Question about Submitting a Review

So I'm preparing my first review and in the Activities Section I've always seen abbreviations. Is that a requirement? I know that deciphering some of those codes has been a pain for me and don't really see the need. There's no note saying to use codes and euphemisms but is it perhaps necessary for deniablity?

Abbreviations are a custom for convenience, not a requirement.
