Problem with P411

This morning I tried to log-in to P411, only to get a 'too many failed attempts' message. What? On the first try? Then attempting to send them a message about the problem, that field was also inoperable. So, as I had kept an admin response to a message from a few months ago, I explained my problem, and got an answer an hour or so later saying they had corrected the problem. It's working now. So if you were unable to log-on earlier today or late last night, the SNAFU has been resolved.
