How to delete read messages from your inbox?

Apparently, my mailbox is nearly full, but I don't see an option to delete old messages. Am I that blind? Don't answer that. lol

Also, how do I update my profile? Thanks.

Go to messages
find the box far right of each message, click on box.
Go to bottom of page, where the selected messages drop down box is.
Select delete
click on go button.

go to left panel where 'Main Menu" is
Select 1st item: User CP
pick what of the various items you wish to edit.
I'm assuming you want "Edit Your Details"

There is a box right next to each message and you should find there the option to delete the message.
