Explicit Language in PM's

As a hobbyist should I be concerned if a newbie and young provider uses explicit terms along with donation amounts in a PM?

She has reviews and other than that seems to be fine.

Just ask for massage with these providers on the phone. If it is an undercover cop, they may turn you down. It is not a crime to ask them for a massage. You can always claim that you don't understand these code words. If you are really scare, ask them to come to you.

The undercover cop will have to solicit you for sex for pay to make a case. Going to a provider for a massage that list code words on the ads doesn't make it a crime.

Yes, it is possible for the police to try to pin you on manifestation of intention. If there is no solicitation, you did not do cop check and the understanding is massage for pay, then the case will be weak. If you ask them if they are a cop or try do to cop check, then they can pin you on manifestation of intention.

If you hire an attorney, they may get the case dismiss or you may win at trial.

The phone conversation is very important. Undercover cop are not going to mess with someone who just looking for a massage. They may ask if you want something more than a massage or additional services. You should just reply that you don't want anything more. If they find that you are open to more services, they may encourage you to come to the sting operation.

If you hear such things like they will provide you additional services or are open to perform additional services to massage, then you should hang up the phone and not come to the appointment.

If you or the undercover cop mention about sex over the phone, the cops can arrest you when you arrive at your appointment because there is an understanding you come for sex.

You can use the dinner date option. But you have to be careful who you spend it on. You don't want a situation where you pay for the date and don't get what you want. If you going to pay for a date, you want to go through an agency or a well reviewed provider so you are guarantee a certain service.

If the provider ask you about happy ending, you should tell them no. By saying yes, then you can be charged with solicitation. Any code words used before the massage can be used against you and it expose you to sting.

since you posed the question, my take is that you already feel uncomfortable since you have been here more than 3 years.

Best if you move on to another target.

As for the "advice" in post #3, imho whoever gives a sh*t about taking that much risk because he can afford expensive legal counsel probably deserves whatever he gets - loss of anonymity in what will be a high profile prostitution case, issues with friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and employer.

Can a female officer get naked and touch you like a male officer can?
