Is there a new CC ban on BP sites?

A provider friend told me she was having major troubles trying to post ads on BP using a Green Dot card and also a Walmart pre-paid card. It seems that those two companies are not allowing you to post in Escort section of BP. Anyone else having this problem? Any alternatives to using Green Dot or Walmart pre-paid?

I heard providers awhile back getting their walmart / green dot cards cancelled for bp use .You would think BP would know how to discreetly bill by now .
