Good question, upon reading it appears she has an OF and will meet in person. My bet is that despite her saying she is not full service it would be on the table for the right price. Or maybe for her repeat coaching clients. Not sure what exactly an intimacy coach does though if she isn't getting intimate.
Edit: She is also all over Google if you search her business name. Stating she is a life coach. Her tiktok appears to have been deleted. I stick with my original sentiment, I bet she'd do it with the right guy and for the right price. Most likely not a one time provider from what it looks though.
