Total newbie

I'm just getting into the hobby of this whole new world and would really like to know how I need to go about getting references for ladies.
Any point in the right direction?

Browse the provider ad sections and pick the ladies you're interested in. Send them a message or contact them via whatever method they state. P411 is another option as well.

There are some "newbie friendly" ladies here on ECCIE. They may ask for your job info though and some ID until you are established.
