Misguided Protest

I saw the funniest thing today and thought I would share. I was stopped at a railroad crossing and the train was also at a stop. Working for a railroad, I tend to look a little more than some do but this was obvious.

At the crossing was a black tanker car, they haul just about anything liquid, oil, syrup, you name it. Anyway someone had wrote in big white letters on this car "Millions Died For This Oil!" Quite the political statement and could be taken in any of a number of different ways (And now for the rest of the Story.......)

except in big two foot wording stenciled not 10" underneath was the words Corn Oil.
Funny. How much oil/gasoline is actually transported by train, anyway? I worked for 8 months in the Argentine yard. I saw miles of corn syrup cars, car carrying cars, grain cars, one car hauling napalm...but no oil cars.

BTW, I wonder if the tagger made his getaway in a car.
Today I read there were protesters at the national spelling bee. Not sure what they were protesting. Go by Mill Creek Park on the Plaza. There is a protest every week it seems. Tibet, environment, crime, you name it.

I saw in the paper that the KC gay, lesbian, and transgender people are going to have a protest next week but they are getting resistance so they are holding a protest against the protest against their rally this weekend???? Did that make sense??

"Margaret Morgan has a deep ass." I saw that somewhere, too. I don't know what it has to do with corn oil but I'm curious.
