This a hand carved, wooden, miniature carosel horse carved by Floyd Petty of Fredericksburg, Texas. It's made of Basswood and required 350 hrs.of carving and an additional 20 hrs. to hand paint. It sits on a heavy copper pipe & heavy metal base and has a wooden finial at the top. It weighs about 150 lbs. and is a really nice decorator piece.
