Do I have to be a Premium to access the Trade Services section I'm a Houston Hobbiest and Professional photographer who would like to extend my services via a trade agreement

Nope! You have 2 options. If you're looking to advertise your trade you'll have to do it in the business section located in the home page but if you're looking to barter or trade your services you can use the iso.
