Did a review and it disappears

I just did a review and made several edits before submitting it. When I finally hit submit it was gone...Poooft!! What gives? This happened before about a month or tow ago and I wound up doing it again but then had multiple reviews of the same provider.

Kinky Fun with Brooke was the review. The second time I did it it worked. I don’t know why first one disappeared. There doesn’t seem to be multiple reviews this time .Who knows what electrons do when you talk to them and punch a keyboard. LOL!
