Could some one point me in the right direction on where to post a review? I am new to forums.

Go to the proper review forum (independent, agency, etc.) and click on the big review sign just below the moderators names. This will open the review form. Fill it out. If you include enough useful information as to be of aid to your fellow hobbyists, then you may be rewarded with premium access. Your life will never be the same after that.
