I suspect the Law itself will be put on trial. Perhaps any punishment that a conviction would bring will be deemed much to harsh by many who fail to see any crime at all.

This case may be decided by what is called sex. Like in Washington DC when congressman Jerry Studds walked free. The law defined statutory rape as when an older MAN has sex with a underage GIRL. There was no provision for an underage boy so Studds walked free.
