I use dental dams all the time darling. They work very well and many of them have decent flavors. The vanilla is my absolute favorite. It actually tastes like vanilla. Sheer Glyde dams is the brand that I use. While not quite the same as skin-to-skin contact, if you are trying to be safe(which I always am), they are wonderful. I've never tried one on a fella though.

The majority of the image results in that link are irrelevant. Dams used as a barrier while performing oral sex are not the same as the ones used during dental surgery. They are not a harness as they aren't affixed to the mouth of the person giving cunnilingus or annilingus. Rather they are placed on the genital area of the receiver.
