The image was against ECCIE guidelines and had to be removed this was noted to the member.

Effective immediately, as well as being retroactively applied, the following are the new ECCIE Image Standard Guidelines:
Topless images, including nipples, and below the waist nudity is not allowed. Thongs, bikini bottoms, etc. are required.

This rule has been in place for many years now and while I agree it was tastefully done it had to be removed. This would have been done by any moderator or administrator
