NY Judge Had Put Cop Killer On Probation

I would like to believe the judge, in that he says he did not have all of the info on this piece of human shit.

But, you have a dead cop, killed because a career criminal figured it probably wasn't a big deal. After all, after multitudes of convictions, here he was out on the street plying his trade.
