Need "Verified Provider" status

Hello mods!!
I am looking to get verified. I saw the prerequisites and can easily contribute 2 out of 3 items... HOWEVER, I am unclear on how I am to obtain a referral from a client. I don't know which of my clients are on Eccie. Common sense tells me that the ones who have written reviews on me are my clients, so should I inbox them and tell them to write one of the mods? How does this work?
