Chat help

When I am in Internet Explorer and I go to Chat, it never connects. If I try to connect with another browser it will work. I prefer to use Internet Explorer. Can you help?

idk but i am using internet explorer and when i click the "chat" it "pretends" like its gonna load then everything is gone on page except side pics and advertising.......when i try firefox it does same thing except everything dosent disappear it just ask for a "plug" so i click find plug and it "pretends" to load that then says it fails......and asks if i wanna manually install????? manually i just found out how to "automatically" fix....which didnt do much i can say

Try using "Google Chrome" it is so much better than Internet Explorer.

I've been tryin to log in for 30-45 mins tonight .. both with firefox and IE ... GRRRR it was working fine before this evening!
