That ad showed up in Sioux Falls a few weeks ago for a few days. I googled the number and it resulted in at least another ad in another city with pics of a different, more heavyset girl. Also, clicking on the pics in that ad result in pics that aren't any bigger than the ones shown in the ad - another red flag. The fact that they can't be enlarged any bigger gives the strong impression that they were copied from thumbnail pics found online. That was enough for me to move on.
