how does one add review citations to a showcase?

we do it.
If the reviewer includes link to profile, we do it easily. We will do a little research if there is no profile link, but if not easily found we don't do it.
Keep in mind a lot of ladies have VERY similar handles/names...so we are not going to try to guess who you are speaking of.

mods add reviews to their profiles and the providers add reviews to their showcases
