I'm new to ECCIE, but not that new to the hobby. Saw Hana of Dallas a few months back and would like to write a review of her. Can someone give me the 411 on how to do so plz? Thanks mucho.

There are threads posted to the top of most (probably all, but I hate being so absolute) of the review forums. It should give you the information you need.
Basically, you go to a forum that corresponds to the type of gal you are reviewing, hit the button that says NEW REVIEW rather than new thread, and away you go. A template will appear that will guide you through the process.
Biggest mistakes are
1.Failing to fill in all of the blanks, certain blanks are mandatory to get credit.
2. Failing to fill in the rest of the story. Without Premium Access, most guys don't realize there is a portion of the review where the juicy tidbits are described. The threads at the top of the forum will explain this better.
3. Put the name of the lady in the title. (it will already put review there, so you don't need to type that.)
4. If you muck it up, you can still edit it for 60 minutes, but make sure you don't screw up any of the special characters that keep the rest of the story hidden except to members with premium access.
Finally, credit is usually not given to a review written more than 30 days after the encounter.
And as a further note, if you click on the new review, get the template up in front of you, and realize that you are not ready to write the review, just hit backspace. Nothing will get created or saved. If you hit submit or return, it will get posted without all of the i's dotted or the t's crossed, and guys here will laugh at you, make rude remarks, and gather points from the mods for being jerks.

few months back if i am not mistaken you won;t get credit for it. However you can do one anyways for practice
