Nope....members cannot but the ad people that pay the bills can post whatever they want.I wish they would ban some of them because I have seen a few that make me wanna rip my eyes out...........

You already know the answer as I have advised you of this by PM after having edited your posts on more than one occasion.
The edits are getting tiresome. DO NOT post another picture that violates the posted image guidelines.
