Naked cleaning

Is it illegal to pay for a girl to come clean your home completely naked? That is if you make arrangements through email and the only thing said was that she would come over to your place and clean in the nude of a fee. No actual sexual exchange was mentioned in the emails, could it still be a set up just on the actual agreement?

Nothing is illegal....if you can get the jury to buy your story.

anyone that says this is illegal have NO idea what they are talking about. I did this 2 years ago and It was a legal business. I had a business license and all and they were well aware of what the job entailed. Getting paid to clean while naked is NOT illegal in the state of North Carolina. However, You should sheck your local laws. Every state is different.

There were two services here in Austin that advertised "sexy cleaning with ladies attractively attired" that warned "no touching, no photos, no sexual advances", but had additional attire requests, from topless to nude. As far as I know, the warning were absolutely followed. Gone, though.
