How/where do I go about posting a positive review for a gentleman on ECCIE? I'm still getting my feet under me on this site . . .

I was thinking no, because if a lady was paying me for sex, I would think she would prefer me not be a gentleman.
If no is correct then you do not review.
If it is yes, then you would use the review forum in the city were you had your dalliance.
