Territory institutes a $1,000 per gun tax on a right. Seattle passes a tax per bullet and another tax per gun. Oregon jumps in as well and Hillary is fine with this.

Religious organizations, (churches), newspapers and other periodicals are (usually), not taxed because of the 1st Amendment.

The same should hold for Guns in their relation to the 2d Amendment.

That's why Hilary Clinton will be the next President. She has everything all planned out all her ducks are in a row. Gun ownership is something she will attack relentlessly among other things Liberals detest. If she can't flat out ban common firearms she'll make the purchase as well as the ownership of firearms a financial milestone. To me that's an infringement of the second amendment.
