When my daughter was 16 she wanted contacts. I said no, she asked me why. I said you're still growing, you stop at about 22. 6 more years we'll talk. I still believe that. I was under the impression that size and color may change, but not directly from the number of partners. The article, sadly, does not address the possible causes of labia size and color changes. Perhaps the author was limited on words.

To my knowledge, Slate.com authors are not limited in words. I have seen many much longer articles almost daily.

IMO, this is the result of a confluence of young people, easily viewable porn and the current fashion for clean-shaven pubic hair.
