I know there are very many gents out there that like big boobs, but would you prefer small and natural over big and fake or does only size matter?

I'm all for natural....regardless of size
Ok, now I really want to hear this. I have been debating for several months about getting some fake boobs cause Im a b and they are nice, but I want big ones. They definately look nicer in pics. Like that girl Tammy from backpage. Her new boobs look great.

I'm all for the real thing. Seen a couple man mades that look good covered. But look way to fake uncovered. A little size is nice, but nice soft ones are the best. Lady's seem to enjoy the attention more when there real.

You know what hey say about boobs. you've seen one boob you wanna see them all !! I ve have worked in SC and nightclubs I've seen tons and tons of boobs and I ll say I like them both. WHen I bought my ex wife hers we went to all the SC and scouted the ones she wanted, we asked the girl who did them and used him to do the surgery he did great.
Yes please.

Fake or natural it doesn't matter, so long as they look natural.

Pepper, you look beautiful in your B cups (first hand experience). Wait until you have had a couple of kids to take the plunge.
I enjoy small (but well-shaped) as well as large natural, but NEVER, NEVER fake!

Pepper -- Your decision, but I've seen pics of Tammy on BP and in my opinion she looks like a plastic Barbie doll. I'd bet she has a personality to match. And BTW, I think that the figure that I see in your pics is to die for.
I really enjoy small, well shaped breasts. I also prefer natural. Pepper, it has been a while, but from what I remember, yours were perfect. I have seen some instances where the fake was needed for cosmetic purposes or the lady's self esteem, and I fully understand that. However, I'm not in favor of the huge boobs, or those that are so hard that they could be used as a weapon.

One other note, I have seen many BAD boob jobs. That is always a risk too.

Dated a girl for a year with some really nice almost natural looking bolt ons, but they still just don't quite wrap around my johnson like a pair of naturals do. I think I'm over my fantasy of bolt ons and can't wait to get my hands on a pair of naturals again.
Natural, please.

I like ‘em both ways. Natural is good, but bolt ons can be really nice too. Let’s face it, when a woman walks into the room with some big breasts she gets everyone’s attention. Women with a nice chest seem to have more confidence. How they are “bolted on” depends a lot on what the woman wants and what the surgeon thinks she wants. With some of the modern silicone implants they can be made to look very natural and even feel very natural. On the other hand, if that woman wants the high up , bulging firm look….that can be done to. I like the more natural look/feel. A lot depends on where you are starting….going from an A to DD can be a challenge. FYI… my SO got smaller after the first child. She had saline implants for years, and then switched to silicone. Then again…back in the old days she had some cute little perky Bs and they were nice too. A key to all this is tell the surgeon you want breast augmentation…..but ask. “What would look good on me?” If you walk in and say I want firm DDs that is what you might get….but it may not look all that good on your body type. On the other hand….if you really want DD and surgeon suggests a small C but you REALLY want DDs, then stress what you want. Be sure to discuss the pros and cons to saline vs silicone. Ask about scaring and where the scars will be located. Post op complications and healing time. Just my 2 cents. I am not an expert…just an old guy who has been around the block…once errr maybe twice? Perhaps we can get a plastic surgeon to chime in??

I should clarify, I like them. Them being big or small, real or fake. With so many great pairs to choose from it makes my head hurt, thank god I am a leg man.
