PA getting too warm to grow potatoes

Interesting info about a crop that fuels our local chip makers. Which in turn helps drive up the cost of a bag of chips.

Do we trust our farmers? What are your thoughts?

This has similar feel to the avian flu with poultry and eggs and citrus blight ravaging orange crops and OJ prices.
