Deleted Encounter Thread?

Hello,

I uploaded an encounter yesterday which was a NCNS.
Obviously, the encounter didn't give me credits because it wasn't an actual meeting, but the encounter is deleted altogether?
Is this intentional? If so, why? I thought NCNS were still valuable "encounter" information for everyone here?

Maybe it got moved? To co-ed maybe?
