Denver native here. There are no hourly motels in the metro area.

Check out dayuse.com, hotelsbyday.com or another similar day use hotel website to save some money if you are not needing to spend the night
Also works to just call the front desk and ask at a location you are hoping to use. Many are willing to cut a deal for a late afternoon/early evening check out time
