Chicken Fried with some Pork Fat

Top the steak with some fajita seasoning and adolphs tenderizer.
Then beat your meat with a tenderizing mallet (don't get crazy)
You can go full hillbilly and use the edge of a small plate
to tenderize it if you have no mallet.

Butterfly it first before tenderizing it if you want thinner pieces.

If you are a woosy you can trim the fat and/or cut it up into small fingerlings.

Dust with some cornstarch, flour, or use your favorite batter recipe.
You can also go full hillbilly again and use corn meal.

Fry it in oil that has some pork fat oil added.
You can fry some pork fat or even a couple slices of bacon in the
oil first if you have no other pork fat.

You will never go back to Grilled Ribeye again.

You can call your cardiologist, go vegan, and become an SJW later.

A close second would be Cote De Boeuf Style
The French come through sometimes.

You'll want to use a high heat oil for the searing.
Grapeseed, or Canola Oil
Not Olive Oil.
And make sure the steak is room temperature before cooking.

If you like some extra flavor from a dry rub, this one is excellent.
For this particular dish I will sometimes mix the rub in with the butter. Not directly on the steak.
