Big Slick Advertisements

I got a glowing recommendation about a provider last night from a friend. I thought she was UTR from the way he was speaking of her. This morning I found she was indeed and advertiser...in a big way.

She had one of those big, slick professionally designed banners that she used on multiple media outlets. It caught me off guard and I chose not to call her, probably just because I thought she was UTR (my preference) and found out she wasn't. The ad itself didn't bother me at all.

Gentlemen, does the slick advertising do anything for you? Or does it make you feel like you're in bed with a fortune 500 corporation?

Sometimes the "Slickness" of the ad is directly proportional to the cost of entertainment.
Yes, I can't say what a guys perspective is, but I give kudos to girls who are active and have professional and streamlined marketing. I am a sucker for a fancy layout but whether that would further entice the gentleman to dig deeper is beyond me.
