Well palace vip lounge is expensive and pretty tame for most part.
Bottoms up private area is about 100 and depending on dancer is you get. The one time my friend went when the waitress brought the tray with the drinks and nakins she lifted up the napkin to show the condom to him.

The cabaret is kind of dingy and on the wall over the entrance to the VIP area they have a sign saying condoms prevent the spread of diseases. Make what you will of that.
