Incall or Outcall

As far as LE is concerned, Do you think an incall or an outcall is safer?

Having read your sig line, not sure I want to answer!

Probably the safest thing to do is get a hotel room facing the parking lot. Make sure you ask for a room where the adjacent room is vacant. Call the girl on your cell phone and tell her to go to the adjacent room. Sit in your car and watch her as she arrives, seeing who she arrives with, etc. Let her knock on the door next to yours if you wish. If the coast is clear, approach the girl, go with her into your actual room, and get down to business.

That is a very sketchy scenario! I would run if someone approached ME like that!
